We are pleased to inform you that we are changing our name from Liberty Leasing Limited to Liberty Finance Limited.
From 8th June, our new company name will appear on our communications, documentation, and anything that is currently branded as Liberty Leasing Limited.

What Stays the Same
There are no changes to:
- Our legal entity (other than name), ownership, or company registration number
- Our bank details or payment arrangements
- Existing supplier agreements, contracts, or orders
- Commercial terms, pricing, or invoicing processes
- Day‑to‑day contacts or ways of working (other than email addresses)
Existing agreements and contracts will continue in their current form and remain fully valid, as there is no change to the legal entity. They will not be reissued with the new company name, and no action is required from you.
Company policies will be updated to reflect the new company name, including those that may be visible to suppliers via our website and other external channels.
What You Need to Do
From 8th June:
- Please reference Liberty Finance Limited on new invoices / statements / new contracts or documentation
- Amending saved email contacts to our new @libertyfinance.co.uk addresses
- Updating internal records, CRM systems, and templates to reflect Liberty Finance Limited
For any existing or in‑progress matters, no changes are needed — we will manage the transition on our side.
When convenient, we recommend:
- Add our new email addresses to your safe sender or allow list, to ensure you continue to receive our communications without interruption
- Continue to follow good cyber‑security practice by checking the sender details on emails claiming to be from Liberty. Our emails will only come from our official domains (@libertyfinance.co.uk). If you are unsure about a communication or believe it may be fraudulent, please contact us using your usual trusted contact details.
Your usual Liberty contacts remain the same, and existing details will continue to work during the transition period.
